Refund Policy
We describe this as a refundable reservation fee, not a non-refundable deposit.
Eligibility
A successfully paid reservation that has not already been refunded may submit a request.
How to request
Verify the order number with the checkout email or phone, select a reason and submit.
Timing
The MVP demo is processed manually. Final arrival times must be published after Stripe and other payment rails are configured.
When automatic refund is unavailable
Contact support@placeholder.endu with your order number. Never send a password, one-time code or CVV.
Cancellation
If the project is cancelled or does not proceed to production, reservation fees will be handled under the final published policy.
